Go to the top right of the page and click the “submit a review” button. Select the company you would like to review from the drop down menu. If the company does not appear in our database you may add it to the directory and proceed to review it. Upon submission you will receive an email prompting you to confirm your review.
How do I find information on a specific auto transport company?
You may find information on any company listed on Transport Reports by clicking the “companies” button. You may search companies by name, route or location. If the company you are looking for is not listed on our site, please add and review it when your transport is completed.
Please contact us through the “contact us” page using the same email address used in the review and explain why you would like to have it removed. You will receive email confirmation upon removal of the review.
Click on the “submit a review” button. The option to add a company will appear in the top right of the pop-up page. Fill out the form and click “save”.
Can I submit more than one review if I used a company multiple times?
No, you may only leave one review per company. If you used a company multiple times then your review should reflect your experience with that company as a whole rather than any one particular instance.
How is the overall rating for a company calculated?
The overall rating is determined by the sum of the stars awarded the company, divided by the number of reviews submitted within the latest two year period. We believe that using a two-year window encourages top companies to maintain a consistently high level of service, while enabling others with weaker ratings to strengthen their reputation over time.
Can I trust the reviews on this site?
Yes. We constantly check the site for bogus reviews to give you an accurate rating of each company. We would also like your help in ensuring that the flow of information is honest and fair; If you notice a review that looks dishonest or bogus we urge you to contact us so we can have it removed.

How do I join Transport Reports?
Send us an Email using our Contact Us form to let us know what company you represent and we will get you set-up as soon as possible.
How much does it cost to join?
Nothing. Transport Reports is free for both auto transport companies and their customers. Companies may set up an account which can be used to respond to reviews and edit company information.
How do I respond to a customer review?How do I edit my company information?
If you are a company that currently does not have an account, simply create one for free and log in to update your information and respond to customer reviews.
Please be advised that Transport Reports is a privilege and not a right. Companies that use our site to mislead customers and/or visitors will be temporarily or permanently banned.
What do I do if someone posted a review about our company, but was never a customer of ours?
Click the “view scorecard” button on the bottom right of the review to be presented with the option of flagging it. Make sure to be as detailed as possible in your objection. We will contact the reviewer for authentication; should he/she fail to prove having used your company’s services within ten days of being contacted the review in question will be removed from the site.
What do I do if the customer’s review is a lie?
If it is established that the reviewer is a qualified customer his posting will not be removed. The review posted does not reflect Transport Report’s opinion. The content posted and all legalities are the sole responsibility of its poster.
Can I submit reviews on behalf of my customers?
No. All reviews must be submitted by the actual customer. We highly recommend companies emphasize to their customers the importance of leaving reviews on the site. Only customers can leave reviews; make sure to keep them happy so they leave you a good one.
Have your happy customers leave reviews on our site to improve your rating. Unsatisfied customers are much more likely than satisfied ones to search the internet for review sites and share their experience. It is very important to tell all your customers about our site so they can leave you positive reviews.
Why was a review about my company removed?
A review may have been removed from your company profile page if it violated TransportReports.com terms of service. The terms of service violations include, but are not limited to:
Not a customer: If a review was posted on your company profile page by someone other than one of your customers then the review will be removed.
Double post: If a customer posts multiple reviews, only the latest review will stay on the site.
Anonymous post: If a review is left anonymously using a fake name and/or email address, that review will be removed from the site.
Content: We only want legitimate reviews. Reviews must reflect your experience with a specific company. They may not include bad language and must be at least 200 characters in length.
Yes. The Communications Decency Act Section 230 declares that operators of internet services and websites are not considered publishers and therefore not legally liable for third party users who use their services.
Can my auto transport company be removed from this site?
No. A company will not be removed from this site. Every customer has the right to review their experience with a company. These reviews aid people who are actively looking to transport a car in finding a reputable auto transport company.
